Interests: Strategic Planning
Strategic planning refers to processes of forming a strategic vision, setting objectives, developing a strategy, implementing that strategy, and over time, initiating corrective adjustments according to the organisational needs. Organisations need to have access to information that will assist them in developing a strategy that will enable the organisation to run as a whole and which will contribute to the success of an organisation. The needs of each organisation are different and it is important to institute a model that works for each ‘unique’ organisation. This workshop will unpack the strategic processes, and highlight some practical ideas for the implementation of strategies.
