Additionally, FPD’s Travel Bureau will adhere to the requirements as specified, by providing documented travel policies, enforcing the prerequisite controls, procedures and travel booking instructions. All telephonic travel bookings are confirmed immediately by fax or e-mail. The passengers’ names, flights, destinations, times and dates of departure and arrival are recorded for your convenience as well as any car hire and/or hotel requirements. Order numbers are obtained for all bookings and we guarantee to procure the necessary approvals or authorisations.
FPD Travel Bureau will always be reachable by telephone / mobile phone at any time of the day for emergency/after-hours services purposes and will provide both after-hours and emergency contact details. The official travel requirements for travellers will be accorded the highest priority, ensuring timely and effective processing should FPD be selected as your preferred supplier.

FPD has extensive experience in organising large healthcare -related conferences including local and international conferences since 2000, beginning with the organisation of the XIII International AIDS Conference held in Durban.
